Awards keep coming Cooper Barnes Automotive

On the 28th Sep, we managed to beat off stiff competition to be awarded Medium-Sized Bodyshop of the Year at the National Bodyshop Awards held at the Hilton Metropole

From a record number of entries, we got down to the final four before walking away with the trophy, presented to us at a glitzy black tie event hosted by the voice of F1, David (Crofty) Croft, in front of an audience of 600 from across the bodyshop and repair industry.

We are incredibly proud to receive this award, as it celebrates excellence in our industry, and is a direct reflection of the hard work and dedication of the entire team, without whom we would not be in receipt of this fantastic accolade.

Business Award Win

Cambridge bodyshop Cooper Barnes Automotive, scoop the award for Best Small Business in the Cambridgeshire Live Business Awards 

The prestigious and imposing grandeur of the Kings College dining hall set the scene and brought together the best of Cambridgeshire businesses, to celebrate and reward outstanding achievements. 

Olympian Iwan Thomas oversaw proceedings and kept the guests waiting until the end of the evening to learn their fate, adding to the tension and atmosphere.

A short intro video for each of the shortlisted companies was shown, giving a glimpse as to why they had been nominated for the categories, and what set them apart.

Independent and family-run bodyshop Cooper Barnes Automotive, beat off stiff competition to take home the coveted Best Small Business Award. Sales & Marketing Manager Neil Hamilton-Meikle said, “this award is a reflection of the hard work of the entire team, not only do we continue to overcome the current challenges of the industry, but have grown the business, expanded the team and pushed ourselves to continue to provide outstanding levels of customer service. We are delighted and proud to receive this award.”

Audi A4 Convertible

This is an overdue thank you for saving my old Audi from the insurance companies writing it off after it was involved in a none fault accident.
